Who Am I?

I’m an adventurous day dreaming girl. I believe nothing is impossible and I believe in the power of myself, words and soul lifting laughter. I love capturing moments in time with a photo. I make a lot of lists. I’m an absolute lover of life and I’m committed to living an extra ordinary life. I am a fanatic at figuring out how to continue to create this amazing life I’m living; a life filled with passionate personal growth where I am authentically giving enormous value to everyday life. I constantly push myself to new limits, as I believe that life really does begin at the end of your comfort zone. Nothing beats that feeling you get when you crack your comfort zone ~ feeling the fear and embracing that beautiful teacher that it is.

Waking up in the morning, my tattoo on my wrist, a new day, ticking off items on my bucket list, hundreds of thousands of possibilities and knowing that nothing is ever impossible inspires me each and every day and knowing that I’m not just saying it but living it too.

This blog started to document my journey to summit Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania and my efforts to raise much-needed funds for the South African Cystic Fibrosis Trust to enable them to support families living with Cystic Fibrosis and to fund research to find a cure. On Friday, 13th July 2012, I successfully summited Kilimanjaro and although that journey is now over I continue to share my life’s journey as each new adventure unfolds.

I am currently working on my next Walking4Air adventure and in January 2014 I hope to successfully climb and summit Aconcagua in Argentina, the 2nd of the Seven Summits, second tallest only to Everest ~ and so a new dream begins to unfold again and now I dream of standing on top of all Seven Summits of the world!

I have a priceless passion and an absolute divine reverence for living a life of timeless truths. The open road continues to softly call and who knows where this incredible path will lead me to next.
