Giving A Little Something Back

“We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give.”

I came across this video yesterday and it is such a beautiful reminder that we are all human. Let’s try not to forget that today.

Or any other day for that matter.

~ Have a great day all, giving back where you can ~

More Love in the World, please!

“Those that challenge you the most are also your greatest teachers. Thank them, for they are the ones that call you to live your highest potential. They are the opportunity to see how you stop loving and to love bigger. They invite you to live in the books, your prayers and your spirituality. Most of all those that challenge us, give us the opportunity to love. Rise above. Disengage. Step to the side. Redirect. Live your freedom. And don’t forget to love.

Love is not just some nice mantra. Love becomes a daily reality and the opportunity in action for you to live moment to moment.” ~ Unknown

The moment in between

what you once were,

and who you are now becoming,

is where the dance of life really takes place

So dance a little today.

Feel. And give. And receive.

This is your dream.

And you decide where it goes from here.

What a beautiful and liberating thought.

Love is a great place to spend the rest of your life.

Walk each step in wisdom.

And love a little today.

No…

Love a lot.

Be beautifully human.

Yes,

More Love in the World, please!

~ May your ChooseDay be blessed with gifts of love and beautiful teachings. Happy ChooseDay Everybody ~

(In other news, Oscar Pistorious has been sentenced [finally] to five years in prison for killing his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp. It’s a slap on the wrist and soon he will walk free while Reeva doesn’t get that chance. Forgive them for they know not what they do comes to mind… If he did this intentionally, may his conscience be his jail term for the rest of his life.

And on a happier note, I have finally finished hell week of writing my final 4 exams to complete my Psych Honours Degree. I am currently catching up on countless hours of lost sleep but life is slowly returning to normal. Can’t wait to get back to living, adventuring and exploring. And of course to the mountain. Life awaits…!)
